Through a series of lectures and tastings on board the hosts will talk you through the history and world of wine. Whether your preference is for French, Chilean, Italian or Australian, prepare to be enthused and persuaded to be adventurous. By the time you conclude our sessions you’ll have a good grasp of what makes wines taste the way they do, as well as some ideas as to which food and wine combinations work best. Please note that although Vistas lectures are free, there may be a small charge to take part in wine tasting.
